Powder Your Nose with Miners Cosmetics' Fresh Faced Compacts

Monday, 30 December 2013

I've long been a fan of Miners Cosmetics. While it may not be up there with some of the 'drug stores' best brands (in fact, it's only available online), it offers a great value collection for not a lot of moolah.

So when the brand sent me some of the new Fresh Faces face powders I was looking forward to giving them a go.

Available in three shades -(one is not shown here as I dropped it and smashed it - what a pain!), the budget face powder does a great job for its modest price tag.

And here's the product blurb taken from the Miners' website:

"Fresh Faced powder from Miners Cosmetics is a completely matte, paraben free powder that can be used on its own to create a natural base or as a setting powder to ensure your fresh faced look lasts longer than ever."

While it's hardly a luxurious, high-end product, this face powder does a great job of keeping shine at bay and 'fixing' your make-up with ease.

I'm impressed, anyway. And for just £3.99 each, you really can't complain, can you?

Have you tried anything from Miners? What are your thoughts?

Disclaimer: These face powders were sent to me for review consideration. I have not been paid to write this post, neither am I affiliated with the brand in any way. All views are my own and 100% honest, as always.

  1. Nice price. I like mineral makeup too. However, some of them don't provide enough coverage. Hope these work out.
