It's been a fortnight since I posted my regular Mascara Monday write up, and I've got to say...I'm still searching for that holy grail product.
In the MM spotlight today, then, is A.K.A's High Definition mascara in brown/black.
Having only launched earlier this year, A.K.A is one of the latest British brands to hit the beauty market - and as far the packaging goes for this mascara, it has more than a slight resemblance to budget brand Elf - simple and sleek.
The brand's so new, in fact, that I really struggled to find a lot about it online, but you can pop over to its website and read all about it.
What did I think of the product, then?
I'm not going to lie, it wasn't the best mascara I've tried. It didn't pack much of a punch in terms of length or volume, but if a really pretty, natural-looking set of lashes is what you're after then this is definitely your guy.
At £7 it's fairly reasonably priced and the formula comes without fragrance (ideal for us contact lens wearers) and with added pro vitamin B5 (not sure what it does but hey, it sounds impressive).
After a quick browse of the website, I noticed there's some stunning looking products available, from shocking pink blushers to cute eye duos - definitely worth a look if you're after something affordable.
Which mascara are you currently using? What's your go-to mascara? And will you be checking out A.K.A?
