Mascara Monday: 17's Peepshow

I have far too many mascaras. I've decided to work my way through them before they dry out, and will be sharing my thoughts with you each and every Monday.

First under the rather appropriately-named Mascara Monday spotlight, then....

While this is not a patch on my beloved Maybelline Volum' Express, it's a lot better than I expected - adding volume and length without clumping.

Bonus points for the cute packaging, which hasn't yet scrubbed off/faded after weeks of daily use.

As good as it is, when I saw the price of this little beauty (£6.29) I was shocked. I was sent this as a gift from 17's PR folk with no details of what it cost. I don't know about you, but I remember when 17 products weren't more than a fiver each. Then again, that was back when I was the age of the brand's target market. Sob.

That said, this is a pretty impressive 'drug store' mascara and not bad for the money really.

In all, I reckon this is a good 7/10.
