Stash it or Trash It? Miners Voluptu Lash Mascara

If you saw my last 'Stash it or Trash it' feature, you'll know what my new mini reviews are all about.

Basically, I'll be testing out a product for you and letting you know if said item is worthy of a place in my make-up stash or ready for the bin.

In the Stash it or Trash it spotlight today is.... Miners Voluptu Lash Mascara volumising mascara (£3.99).

Miners recently sent me two mascaras (one in black and one brown) for review consideration. I was intrigued to see how these would perform, as I've tried a few Miners products and been quite impressed for the relatively low price tag.

So how about this product?

The packaging is sleek and simple and I liked the curve of the container, but the product itself was a let down for me.

I tried the black mascara and two coats later, while my lashes did look longer, they were clumped up to high heavens. Sorry Miners!

This is another one for my 'Trash It' pile I'm afraid. But my loss could be your gain, as I'll be saving up all the products that don't work for me and offering them up as a prize in a few weeks' time. The brown mascara is unused so that'll be the Miners item winging its way to you if you're lucky.

While this product didn't work for me,  Miners fashion matte lipsticks are great little products for your pennies.

If you're looking for a good mascara, I'd recommend Maybelline's Volume Express. Absolutely brilliant. Do you have any mascara recommendations?
