Fellow beauty blogger Dee has been busy testing the Help: Clear Skin supplement as a A Lauren to Herself guest reviewer.
Dee suffers from acne, particularly on her back and after commenting on my recent post to find a guest blogger, she received a four-week supply of the new product.
Here she is with her update just one week on....
"I've been using Help: Clear Skin for a week, and I've found it really easy to use. It dissolves pretty easily into both hot and cold drinks (except carbonated), and even in soft foods. So far I've taken it in squash, fruit juice and Lemsip (bad cold!). The great thing is that it doesn't change the flavour or thickness at all; you wouldn't even know it was there.
"I wasn't expecting to see too much change after only one week, but there has been a some change on my back. There is less redness and the spots seem to have reduced in size! There aren't as many painful lump type spots either, which is brilliant. I haven't noticed too much difference on my face.
"It really is so easy to add into your skincare routine, and it isn't another thing to attack your skin with.
"I'm hopeful that there will be even more change by next week! "
